  • Can we do a trial before signing up?
    Yes! We recommend a trial class which was created specially to help you get started so you can get a feel for our programs and if they are right for you and your family.
  • What can I expect in my Trial?
    Our trial class is 25$ which is 15$ off our normal 40$ drop in rate! You can a expect a session with one of our experienced instructors introducing you to parkour and our class structure, along with a 10min reflection section to answer any questions you may have on top of giving you a tour of our facility and giving you an insight into our programs and curriculum to find the option that best fits you!
  • What ages do you teach?
    We teach ages as young as 5 and as old as you can move! We have classes for kids 5-7, Kids 8-13, and our community classes are for ages 8+ which is great to do alone or with your kids! Our classes split into skill level to ensure your always working towards your goals!!!
  • I feel clumsy, is parkour really for me?
    Of course! Learning Parkour starts now, now matter your fitness level. Your going to love the patience and care our coaches provide in order to help you learn parkour at your pace as you start and continue your own parkour journey!
  • I've never really liked sports, will i like parkour?
    We see this often, people don't click with traditional sports and feel uninspired and bored, causing them to gravitate back to the high stimulation of screen time at home. Luckily, Parkour at F8 Movement feels like a whole new world as you explore your own movement and are engaged by your own creative freedom and style that is unlocked through parkour, its techniques, and is inspired by our coaches, all while building confidence, fitness, risk assessment skills, and more. All of this, without the restricting rules and expectations that come with traditional sports helps create a great environment for those that are still searching for their inspiring movement moment.
