Updated: Oct 1, 2024

As our community continues to grow, it's essential to maintain a balanced coach-to-student ratio to ensure that all students receive the proper attention they deserve. To achieve this, we are implementing a new reservation policy starting on July 1st, 2024. All members will be required to reserve their spot in class before arriving. Here’s everything you need to know about the new system and why it’s beneficial for everyone.

Why Reservation Matters

Our commitment to providing high-quality instruction means we need to keep our classes well-balanced. A strong student-to-coach ratio ensures that each student gets personalized guidance, leading to better learning outcomes and a more enjoyable experience for everyone. By requiring reservations, we can manage class sizes more effectively and maintain this high standard of instruction. Along with helping give our coaches a better insight on how to plan for class creating an even more personalized experience.

No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy

Due to our balanced coach-to-student ratio, spots in our classes are limited. When a student fails to show up for a booked session, it impacts others by taking away a spot that could have been used by another eager student. To mitigate this issue, we are implementing the following policies:

  • No-Show Policy:

  • If you book a session and do not attend, you will be charged a $10 no-show fee. This fee helps us manage class sizes and ensures that all students have the opportunity to participate.

  • Late Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the class starts. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a $10 late cancellation fee. To avoid this fee, make sure to remove yourself from the session online more than 24 hours in advance.

These policies are designed to promote fairness and maximize class availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement these changes.

Final Thoughts

Our new reservation system is a positive step toward ensuring that every student receives the attention they need in class. Along with helping our coaches have a better understanding of how to plan for class creating an even more personalized experience. By reserving your spot in advance, you help us maintain a high standard of instruction and ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Remember, starting July 1st, 2024, reservations will be mandatory for all classes. We look forward to seeing you in class and continuing our journey together toward achieving your Parkour goals.

Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to making our community the best it can be!
